Delete Account
You can request deletion of your VocaMany account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what to expect.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@vocamany.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your account email so we can locate and verify your account.
What we delete
We delete your account, learning progress, quiz history, unknown/learned word lists, saved AI quizzes, friend connections, groups, and other social data associated with your profile.
What we may retain
We may retain certain records, such as billing and transaction data via Google Play, where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations, for the period mandated by applicable law.
Timeline
We process deletion requests typically within 30 days of verifying your request.
Also in the app
If available in your app version, you can also request account deletion directly from Settings without contacting support.
